What is Ken's Cinema of Shenanigans?

This show is heavily inspired by the cult classic, Peabody Award-Winning TV series, Mystery Science Theater 3000. Despite modern spinoffs of the show, the original ended in 1999. However, MST3K still receives much praise!

Ken's Cinema of Shenanigans, or KCOS for short, is a parody/homage to MST3K. It follows similar principles:

-The main protagonist is trapped in space

-He is forced to watch the cheesiest movies ever made

-He lives on a satellite with robot pals

Ken Wilson works for a company named CloudTronic.. Little did he know that the company is run by his evil twin, Dr. Calamity. Eventually, Dr. Calamity shoots Ken into outer space, and forces him to live on the Satellite of Glove, and watch corny movies. Dr. C wants to analyze the effects of corny movies on the brain, as part of a massive science experiment. Truly, it seems more like a torture method.

While on board the Satellite of Glove, Ken and the bots try to find ways to make the torture less effective. Usually, they'll do skits together, joke, and, of course, riff the movies! As the movies play, Ken and the bots will toss out jokes to make the movies seem less horrible!
